Cannot connect

When I first got my 8830 GN worked fine. After I went through my corporate mail server BES setup everything work except this program. No matter what I do I get this message:

error reading data from server, please try again. Http response code 400

If this problem persists please contact.....

Every other program that requires internet access works without issue. What connection doe this program use?

 

Anyone ever seen this type of error? Been like this since January. No help from call the number. GN says it's not them, My company says it sprint, sprint says it's handmark...pass the buck. So far I have spent 40 bucks for nothing.
