Geocache Initilization

Geocache Initilization
Hi
I installed 1.5.3 but everytime I try to start it, it enters the initilization pahse I get the error "Could not open HTTP Connection. Open Tunnel - failure. If this problem persists, please contact support at 18007735996"
Whats wrong?

Normally this error occurs for the following reasons:
1. APN is not configured (configure it in menu)
2. Device is leaking connections (pull battery)
3. No data plan
To verify your Blackberry does have an APN address - please select the following to verify your device is setup:
Select: Settings -> Options -> Advanced -> TCP -> verify you see an address for your APN. You may have to telephone your carrier to tell them to get the Access Point Name (APN) added to your BlackBerry mobile phone account. If they say it already exists, tell them to load up the records anyway, just to double-check.
If your APN is already set - please safely turn off your device - remove the battery and then turn it back on and launch the software. You should be able to successfully activate the software. Also, if you are still receiving an error message – please verify through the carrier you have an active Blackberry Data Plan on your account.
