Case 1680
Hello,
i hope anyone can help me.
I have opened a case via eMail at support on 29.12.2008, last action taken from support was at 6.1.2009!
All my emails after that date was totally ignored!
What can i do?

I will get an engineer to look at this in the morning (in about 12 hours from this posting). We are in Arizona USA, GMT -7.

I have a feeling our emails are being blocked by your spam filter. I will gladly reply again from my personal email address shortly - you will see it come through from Rebecca.
The error received is when the device is unable to exchange data. This can occur if the data is being block, outside of the carrier's network and/or roaming. Since the software will work before the enterprise activation I have a feeling it may be the firewall that is preventing it from running. Can you please disable the firewall to see if it will work? To disable the firewall select the following from your main menu: Options -> Security Options -> Firewall -> Disabled. Also, please verify the Application permissions are set to "allow". To verify the Application Permissions select Security Options -> Application Permissions -> scroll and highlight the application and press the menu key, select -> Edit Permission - verify they are set to allow.
If you are still unable to access the software please check the devices' services status (Under Manage Connections) and email me what you see to help in further troubleshooting.

thanks for answering.!
I can not see, that something ist blocked by spam mail filter, but i will have an eye on it.
I have replyed to your email a few minutes before.
