Problems getting started with Nokia 6220 & Vodafone

I've just obtained a Nokia 6220 Classic and I have a Vodafone account. The phone can browse the web no problem. I downloaded the Geocache Navigator, ran it, and entered my phone number and a pin. Every time I try to connect, I get "Server Error 500". Any idea what is going on?

Re: Problems getting started with Nokia 6220 & Vodafone
It appears the device is not communicating over the network "server error 500". Do you have a data plan on your account through your carrier? Also, the Nokia 6220 is not an officially supported device; however, we have received forum posts of users running the software....Any suggestions from other Nokia 6220 users?

Thanks,
Rebecca

Re: Problems getting started with Nokia 6220 & Vodafone

Thanks for the reply, Rebecca. I have a data plan and can access the web ok with the phone. I was able to download the Navigator software by accessing your website and clicking on the link. I can't see anywhere where I can change any settings. If you can suggest something to try or test I would be most grateful.

Thanks, Nigel.

Additional information: When I try to request my ID I get:

class="menu_font">Fun<

This must be a clue as to what's going on!

Thanks, Nigel.

Re: Problems getting started with Nokia 6220 & Vodafone
I had some assistance from someone that runs your application and I have reset my Internet access settings on my phone. However, I'm still getting problems. When I run your program and try to register my number and pin I get the message: "Failure flushing HTTP connection -1". Does this mean anything to anyone? Is it a clue to what is happening?

Thanks,
Nigel.
