MissingMobile Number on Purchase
Hi,

My phone packed up and needed to be formatted at 1am in the morning a few days ago and so, after doing this I re-purchased GNavigator and in my half asleep state forgot to put my Mobile in during the purchase process.
I have mailed Support equally a few days ago and as of yet got no response but I also have not had a licence key via email so I am currently stuck unable to do anything with the GN. When I open it I am greeted immediately with "You do not seem to have a valid licence" and nothing more.
Any ideas?

6 days now and no replies from the support email contact.
Not exactly what I would call good service!!

tachi,

I'm very sorry for the delay! Could you please provide me with the number that you used when you first purchased the app and also the number that you most recently entered in? I will be able to look into this issue further once I have both of these numbers.

Hallo! I think I am getting old. Like going back, iff all water is stoppt in a house so I am not shure, if I put in the right phone number. (but program seems to work) Thanks peter
