No GPS Function on Rant
I have a Samsung Rant, and had full usage of the navigator until yesterday, when the GPS failed to work...I reset GPS about 50 times, contacted support 3 times, they told me to removed program, and re-install which I did at least a dozen times and reinstalled.  Nothing...Contacted Sprint, and was told the GPS on my phone worked fine, and my Sprint Navigator does indeed function...I powered off phone, removed battery, re-powered, reinstalled, checked access settings and yet still it is frozen on all red bars for GPS.  Everything else works I can pull up descriptions exc.  But w/o GPS what's the point? I am currently awaiting a call back from Trimble, but was told it could take up to 48hours.  Would like to resolve sooner, have a Geocaching date w/ my daughter tonight after school.

Have you installed any system updates lately? What phone firmware version do you currently have? If you haven't installed any updates, perhaps you can check and see if any are available.
