After installing Navigator on my 5800 I couldn't get it to find my position, but if I connected through a separate GPS receiver with bluetooth it found me right away.  I disabled WiFi as you suggested and it still would not connect.  Then I disabled the connection to the separate receiver and it found my location pretty quickly.It seems that I can connect using my phones internal GPS, or a separate GPS receiver, but not if both are ticked for connection at the same time.
