Occasionally some Blackberry devices do not have some of the configuration settings necessary to make data connections. Geocache Navigator requires the ability to use the wireless data network of your cellular carrier to communicate information. If you cannot get Geocache Navigator to work and it continues to report connection issues, the first place to look is your TCP configuration. This menu can be found under:
Options or Settings
Advanced
TCP
If the APN and other associated information is blank, with your web browser navigate to the link listed below and enter the information specific for your carrier. Once this is done you can restart the Geocache Navigator application and your data connection should work.
