Has anyone used an external gps unit with the geocach navigator software? Im using one on the nokia 6303 and am having troubles geting a gps signal/geting it to connect, does anyone have any tips? Id really appreciate any help at all :)

I have a Boost account and currently have the Motorola i425t. I noticed Trimble Navigator is available for it. I am currently looking to get a new phone and want to make sure Navigator is available for it before I buy. But I don't see Boost phones in the list of supported phones anywhere. Where do I find out which Boost phones are supported?

When I updated to payed version, I forgot to introduce my Phone number. I have read same thing several times in the forum. I thing you have to put " * " in the case Phone number in the checkout page in orthe to avoid probles like mine. I'm sorry if my english is not too good. Thanks

I was a keen user of the Nokia version, but since then I have been forced to upgrade my phone to a PDA (iPAQ 614c) Windows Mobile 6.1 based device. I cannot find anywhere on the market a piece of software that does what this does - is there likely to be any support for Windows Mobile in the future?

How to enable internal GPS for the N95, N82, 6110

Devices such as the N95, N82, and 6110 have built-in GPS. To enable the built-in GPS, please follow these steps:

Select the menu key
Select 'Tools"
Select "Settings"
Select "General"
Select "Positioning"
Select "Positioning methods"
Turn off Bluetooth GPS - Options softkey, disable
Turn on Integrated GPS (Note: you may also want to turn on Assisted GPS) - Options softkey, enable

Please note that the text varies slightly from language to language but the process is the same. Once you have completed the above steps, run Geocache Navigator outdoors with a good view of the sky. If all is working well you should get a GPS signal in under two minutes.

Occasionally some Blackberry devices do not have some of the configuration settings necessary to make data connections. Geocache Navigator requires the ability to use the wireless data network of your cellular carrier to communicate information. If you cannot get Geocache Navigator to work and it continues to report connection issues, the first place to look is your TCP configuration. This menu can be found under: Options or Settings Advanced TCP If the APN and other associated information is blank, with your web browser navigate to the link listed below and enter the information specific for your carrier. Once this is done you can restart the Geocache Navigator application and your data connection should work.
